The structural system is based on reinforced concrete, allowing for clear spans and flexible spatial planning. Columns and load-bearing elements are strategically positioned to support large openings, enabling natural light to enter deeply into the interior without compromising stability.

Floor slabs and rooftop structures are engineered to accommodate daily use while maintaining efficiency and structural integrity. Cantilevered terraces and semi-outdoor areas are supported with concealed systems, preserving clean lines and uninterrupted views.

MATERIAL STRATEGY AND BUILD QUALITY

Material selection prioritizes durability, environmental response, and consistency with the architectural vision. Ulin wood, textured concrete, and engineered finishes are applied across both structural and finishing layers.

Exterior materials are treated to withstand climate exposure, including heat, rain, and humidity. Interior finishes are selected for wear resistance and long-term maintenance. Built-in elements and lighting systems are integrated with care, ensuring alignment with structural requirements and construction precision.

PERFORMANCE AND COMFORT

The construction incorporates passive design strategies to enhance comfort and efficiency. Openings, terraces, and vertical connections are designed to support cross ventilation and natural airflow.
