Interior

The interior approach balances contrast. It creates spaces that allow both openness and retreat, reflecting the different lifestyles of its occupants. Social areas are designed to feel connected and expressive, while private zones remain calm and protected. The design emphasizes visual control, ensuring that each space reveals only what is intended, allowing the home to feel both expansive and intimate. Material restraint and spatial clarity guide the overall direction. Rather than relying on excessive ornamentation, the interior uses proportion, light, and framing to shape experience.

THE SPACE
The living room forms the central interior anchor, positioned to connect multiple layers of the house. From this point, the space opens toward the car showroom, the internal garden, and the rear landscape, creating a continuous visual dialogue between interior functions and outdoor elements. Full-height glazing allows these relationships to remain uninterrupted, while maintaining strong natural ventilation. The showroom and garage are treated not only as functional spaces, but as part of the interior experience. Vehicles become curated objects, visually integrated into the living environment while remaining physically separated. This creates a unique spatial interaction between lifestyle and passion.
Private areas are positioned on the lower levels, where bedrooms, a secondary living space, and dining areas offer a quieter atmosphere. These spaces are more enclosed, with controlled openings that frame selected views while maintaining comfort and privacy. Circulation between levels follows the natural slope, creating a gradual transition between social and private zones. A central internal garden plays a key role in shaping the interior. Beyond its environmental function, it acts as a visual buffer and a source of light, bringing greenery into the core of the house while softening boundaries between spaces.

THE FEEL
The interior palette is calm and restrained. Semi-monochromatic tones, natural textures, and minimal detailing allow light and spatial relationships to take precedence. Glass, stone, and subtle material contrasts create depth without overwhelming the experience. Light moves freely through the interior, shifting across surfaces and reinforcing the connection between levels. The atmosphere is composed and contemplative, where each space feels intentional and grounded.
The result is an interior that supports both expression and stillness. It is a living environment shaped by perspective, where everyday moments are framed through light, landscape, and carefully controlled views.
